Volunteer Managers help organize and support LCAC’s volunteer team by posting shifts, coordinating sign-ups, assisting with digital check-ins, and making sure every event and production has the help it needs.

Front of House Managers create a welcoming experience for audience members by overseeing ushers, helping with ticket scanning, managing lobby flow, and ensuring patrons receive excellent service from arrival to curtain call.

Education/Workshop Coordinators assist with planning and running LCAC’s classes and youth programs by managing registrations, preparing materials, communicating with families, and supporting instructors during sessions.

Festival Coordinators help bring the Littleton Big Arts Festival to life by supporting planning and setup, coordinating vendors and performers, managing activity areas, and ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience for all attendees.

Community Engagement Coordinators help build and strengthen relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community groups. They assist with partnerships, outreach, and collaborative events that connect LCAC with the broader region.

Photographers help document LCAC’s productions, events, and behind-the-scenes moments by capturing high-quality images that bring our work to life and support marketing, social media, and archival needs.

The Grants & Funding Coordinators help identify grant opportunities, gathers required materials, and assists with drafting submissions. This role supports LCAC in expanding its funding sources and sustaining community programs.

The Technical Coordinator supports each production by coordinating lighting, sound, set, and backstage needs. They work with directors and volunteers to ensure all technical elements are organized, safe, and ready for rehearsals and performances.
